Updates to Our Loyalty Program

Available on June 25 in the Google Play and App Store, our brand new app offers a more seamless experience, and is a must for any Hwy 55er!
How It Works
- Download the app. Just search for “Hwy 55” in the Google Play or App Store. Don't want to download the app? No problem. You can buy rewards and check on your account on our rewards website as well.
- Create or Log In to your account. Sign up with an email address and phone number, or you can connect your Facebook or Google account. If you had an account with our My Hwy 55 app, just log in with those credentials!
- Explore the new features! New rewards and, soon, mobile ordering!
- Redeem your points for FREE Hwy 55! You will notice there is no feature to scan your receipt. This is because your points are automatically added to your account after each visit! You simply have to give your server the email address or phone number associated with your account and the rest will be taken care of. You can also "check in" to a location, which means you'll have a 4-digit code you can give to your server for an even quicker process. We’ve even made redeeming rewards more user-friendly — now, you can credit entree rewards towards combo meals!

What happened to the old app?
We switched to a new app for several reasons. First and foremost, we wanted you, the guest, to have the best possible experience with our loyalty program. Second, the new app features amazing features such as mobile and online ordering! Lastly, we feel this change will benefit our guests and Hwy 55 as we continue to expand.
What is different about this app?
The biggest thing you will notice when navigating this app is that there is nowhere to scan your receipt. That’s right, no more struggling with cameras and faded receipt codes!
So how do I receive my points?
The new process is very seamless. If you are dining in one of our locations, your server will ask you if you are a loyalty member when you order. Once you confirm and they look up your account via email or phone number, that’s it! Your points from your visit will be added automatically when you check out.
How can I gain free food through the app?
Just like the My Hwy 55 app, each dollar you spend translates to 5 points. At the end of each visit, your points will automatically go into your account. Log in to your account on the app or at hwy55.com/rewards and redeem your points for rewards. The next time you head to Hwy 55, just tell your server you have a reward to redeem, and you’re all set!
I’ve seen some physical Loyalty Cards, what are those?
The physical Loyalty Cards serve as a way to identify yourself as a Hwy 55 Rewards member. Instead of giving your server your email or phone number, they would scan your card instead. It’s not necessary to use a Loyalty Card - all the same functionality can be found at hwy55.com/rewards or on the new app.
Will I keep my old points?
Yes! Once you download the new Hwy 55 Rewards app, you will be able to log in with your existing My Hwy 55 credentials, and you will see all existing points!
Can I track my recent activity?
Yes! Within the Hwy 55 Rewards app, navigate to the “Recent Orders” button from the main menu. Here you will see all of your previous transactions.
How do I download the app?
You can find the app in the App Store and on Google Play. Once you download the app, you will need to create an account or log in with your existing account. You can choose to sign up with your email address and phone number, or you can connect your Facebook or Google account. How do I receive other special offers?
Make sure to turn on your notifications for the Hwy 55 Rewards app so you can receive offers and discounts reserved for our most loyal members!

We have exciting news! We are in the midst of an update to our loyalty program that will provide you with a better overall experience. We will have more information soon, but for now, please take note that the current My Hwy 55 app will go offline on July 1.
This week we will send all loyalty members additional information on the next step to our rewards program. Don't worry: all your points will transfer over, and you'll be able to use the same login as you currently use. Any outstanding rewards, however, will not transfer over. Make sure to use any outstanding rewards in your account by June 30.
Again, we thank you for working with us while we make these improvements to our loyalty program. And as always, if you are unable to scan a receipt, send a picture of it to firstname.lastname@example.org and your points will be added.
